What is the minimum for a new project?
New standalone seasonal projects start at $1,500, covering design, supplied lights and greenery, installation, seasonal care, and removal/storage. The residential minimum is not a commercial estimate; commercial pricing comes from a reviewed scope.
Is the $1,500 a per-foot or package price?
Your final price is built from a reviewed scope for your actual property and arrives in a written proposal — it isn't a per-foot rate or a fixed package.
How does design approval and booking work?
We prepare a complimentary initial concept and one consolidated revision, then a written proposal. Booking requires proposal acceptance, a verified 50% deposit, and team confirmation before any install date is confirmed. The balance is due on a completed, tested installation.
Are taxes included in the $1,500?
Applicable taxes are shown in your written quote, not in the starting minimum. The starting minimum reflects the scope of a new standalone seasonal project.

Not automatically. Returning customers confirm their current design and pricing rather than re-qualifying for the new-project minimum. Let us know in your request and we'll review your existing display.
