Our service terms

• An inquiry or complimentary concept is not a binding quote or booking. An accepted written proposal governs the scope and appearance of your display.
• Service is full-service and seasonal. Lit JAX owns all supplied lights and materials; we do not install customer-owned lights. New standalone seasonal projects start at $1,500.
• An installation window is reserved only after approved written scope, a verified 50% deposit, and capacity confirmation. The balance is due when your installation is complete and tested.
• Your complimentary concept includes one consolidated revision before acceptance.

Cancellation, refunds, and changes

• Before installation, a cancellation refund returns your deposit less documented prep, any separately authorized paid design work, and unrecoverable job-specific costs — capped at the deposit amount. General, reusable inventory is not a charge. The owner reviews the calculation and provides an itemized explanation.
• If Lit JAX cannot deliver the agreed service and you decline an alternative, we refund the unearned amount.
• Early removal of a completed installation does not reduce the seasonal price.
• Weather rescheduling is not a cancellation charge. Extra-trip charges apply to customer access changes or an unavailable site and are quoted before a chargeable return visit; they do not apply to correcting our own installation errors. Accepted job-specific written variations control over these general terms.
