Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Our request and contact forms collect the details needed to review your project and respond:
- Contact details — your first name, last name, email, and phone (email or phone is enough).
- Property address — the address you'd like decorated, reviewed before we confirm coverage.
- Design details — the areas you'd like decorated (roofline, greenery, trees/palms, shrubs) and, for new residential projects, a budget range.
- Customer type — whether you're a new residential, returning, or business/HOA customer, plus commercial details like organization, role, property type, and display/approval deadlines when relevant.
- For contact and care — your inquiry category (general question, current display care, or rebooking) and your message.
- Optional preferences — an installed-example style reference you chose from our gallery, and an optional preferred display timing for residential or returning requests. These are preferences, not reserved dates.
- Request metadata — a stable request ID, the active season (2026), the page you submitted from, and your campaign source, so we can locate and route your request.
After you send a design request, you can optionally send a few daytime photos of your home through our connected photo form, linked by your request reference and used to prepare your design and quote. Photos are not required to inquire, and submitting a request does not grant permission to publish your private property photos. Any photos you choose to send may be processed by our service providers described below as needed to handle your request.
How we use it
- Responding to your inquiry or request.
- Preparing a reviewed design, proposal, or service plan.
- Scheduling installation, care, and removal.
- Keeping records of your project and service history.
How information is processed
HighLevel provides website hosting, form processing, customer records and consultation scheduling. Approved images load from HighLevel media services, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Google Analytics 4 measures site performance and interactions on the published litjax.com website, as described in the analytics section below. These providers receive the technical information needed to serve their content or process a request.
The embedded scheduling calendar is subject to its own service provider's terms and practices. This privacy statement does not override those third-party services.
Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
On the published litjax.com website we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site performance and basic interactions — which pages are viewed, how visitors move between pages, and clicks on our phone, email, and design-request buttons. We also record when a design request, a contact request, or a temporary installation-date hold is accepted, so we can understand what leads to real interest. This helps us improve the site. Analytics loads only on the live litjax.com domain; it does not run on preview, local, or unknown hosts.
We have configured this measurement to protect your privacy. We send page views ourselves rather than relying on automatic enhanced measurement, and we keep the page location sent to Google to a clean canonical address — query strings and fragments are stripped, and unrecognized or receipt paths never reach Google. We apply the same sanitization to any page or referral value attached to an interaction event, so automatic engagement cannot leak a query string, fragment, or receipt path. Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled. We do not send your name, email, phone, property address, message, photos, request references, or any form content to Google Analytics — only non-identifying interaction data and the non-identifying campaign information described above.
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish individual browsers and sessions. These are analytics cookies used to compile statistics, not to identify you personally. Google processes this measurement data as a processor under its own terms and may share aggregated, anonymized information. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking analytics cookies does not prevent you from using our forms or contacting us.
Advertising measurement (OpenAI)
On the published litjax.com website we use OpenAI's advertising measurement to understand whether our ads lead to actions that matter to our business. It loads only on the live litjax.com domain and does not run during our explicit testing mode.
We measure a few completed actions: an accepted design request, an accepted contact request, and a temporary installation-date hold that our calendar provider confirms. We also measure basic engagement — clicks on our phone, email, and design-request buttons, navigation and service links, and when the availability calendar is opened — so we can see which ads bring interested visitors. These engagement clicks are not counted as completed actions. A temporary hold is a free 24-hour date reservation, not a confirmed installation or appointment.
OpenAI's measurement uses a first-party click attribution cookie to connect an ad click to a later action on our site. We do not manually send your name, email, phone, property address, message, photos, or any form content to OpenAI. The only identifier we pass is a stable, non-identifying request reference we already use to route your request, marked to opt out of future user-level personalization. OpenAI may use supported automatic matching, where any matching of your information to an OpenAI account is hashed by OpenAI's software before use; we do not send contact details for this purpose.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking this measurement does not prevent you from using our forms or contacting us.
Your form entries
While you complete a form, your entries remain in the page so you can review them and correct errors. If you navigate to another page and return in the same browser tab, your unfinished entries — including your name, email, phone, address, message, and design selections — are kept in temporary browser memory for that tab so you don't lose your place. This temporary memory is held in your browser only, is never written to browser storage, URLs, or logs, and a hard refresh may clear it. Accepted requests clear the saved draft.
Accepted requests are sent to Lit JAX's HighLevel records with a request reference, service season and source information. Reloading the page can clear unfinished entries.
Campaign and page information
When you arrive, we capture the first page you landed on and any campaign information present in the address (such as utm parameters or supported click identifiers), and we keep that non-identifying information in your same-tab browser session storage so it stays with your visit as you move between pages. This includes the original landing page and the page you submit from, kept separately. No name, email, phone, address, message, or photos are stored in browser storage. If session storage is unavailable, the information is kept in temporary memory for the visit instead. Your unfinished form entries (described above) are held separately in temporary browser memory and are not part of this campaign storage.
Messaging
These forms do not offer SMS or marketing enrollment. Entering a phone number does not subscribe you to a text or marketing program.
Retention and deletion
Contact us about access, correction, retention or deletion of information you provided. We review requests against active service and recordkeeping needs and respond through the contact details you supply.
