Overview

One Cunningham Creek property shows how a holiday design can change across seasons: multicolor and warm-white Christmas displays, a statement oak, indoor decorating and orange-and-purple Halloween rooflines.

What was installed

The 2023 display combined warm-white Christmas lighting, a Champagne-effect oak wrap using warm-white and cool-white LEDs, and indoor decorating. That October also featured orange-and-purple Halloween rooflines. A multicolor Christmas display followed in 2024, coordinating the roofline, front landscaping, oak and entrance greenery. Lit JAX returned for indoor decorating in 2025, supplying a pre-lit, fully decorated tree, mantel garland and front-door wreath and garland. The indoor photograph here is from November 2023. Customer-provided inflatables and spider props complemented the Halloween lighting.

Design decisions

How the design came together

  • Indoor tree, entrance greenery and exterior lighting were coordinated as one display
  • Warm-white and cool-white LEDs were mixed on the oak for the Champagne effect
