Overview

A roofline-light replacement, new patio bistro lights and seasonal palm wraps expanded Lit JAX’s work at Iggy’s Grill and Bar.

What was installed

In 2023, Lit JAX wrapped palms and a light post and repaired the restaurant's aging rooftop lights, which had been installed by another provider. In 2024, Lit JAX replaced that system with commercial-grade magnetic-base warm-white C-9 lights, installed new patio bistro lighting, and added seasonal palm and light-post wraps, wreaths and bows. The November 2025 photographs show the newer roofline and patio lighting, along with a daytime roofline work visit.

How the design came together

  • Commercial magnetic-base warm-white C-9 lights replaced the aging rooftop system
  • Additional patio bistro strands addressed the owner’s request for better illumination
