RiverTown — St. Johns, FLResidentialChristmas 2024
Overview
Warm-white roofline lights and a light touch of landscape lighting helped new RiverTown homeowners get ready for the holidays.
What was installed
Lit JAX installed warm-white C-9 LEDs along the modern rooflines, added warm-white mini LEDs to landscaping near the house and supplied power to the customer’s deer decorations.
Design decisions
How the design came together
- Warm-white C-9 lights followed the home’s modern architectural rooflines
- Landscape lighting was kept light and close to the house
Homeowner considerations
- Tell the installer which decorations you already own
- Include power needs for your own decorations when agreeing the scope
